Due to popular demand, we are now offering a shipping option on qualifying items (most lighter ink cartridges)!
Here's how it works: For qualifying products, the shipping cost is $3.95 for the first item and $1 for each additional item. If you add an item that does not qualify for this special shipping, the $3.95 shipping option becomes unavailable. To make it available again, just remove the heavier item from your shopping cart. It's as simple as that!
Just go to checkout and select the lowest shipping cost (Don't worry, you won't have to enter a credit card just to check your shipping price). For qualifying items, this new option will be available along with the usual USPS or UPS choices.

POLICY ON WRONG ADDRESSES
If the address you gave us is wrong, causing the package to be undelivered, we will be happy to re-send your
purchase again. You will however, be responsible for the shipping cost.
RETURNS POLICY
We really believe in giving you the best ordering experience so here are our Returns Policy based on the type of return:
A. Defective Products:
If a product is defective, you can return it to us for a free replacement. You product will be replaced as soon as we recieve the defective product. If you wish to have an expedited replacement, please re-order the same product and we will refund the defective product once we recieve it.
B. Wrong Products: Case 1
If we sent you the wrong product and not what was in your order, we apologize. You can return the unopened product to receive the actual product you ordered.
C. Wrong Products: Case 2
If we sent you a product in your order but you actually did not want it for whatever reason (ie. not OEM, wrong model), you can return the unopened product to receive the actual product you ordered. There is a 15% restocking fee and you will be charged for both shipments.
Procedure for returning products:
You must have an RMA number to return a product. For returns, please send an email to rma@techbudget.com and we will respond as soon as possible with your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Please include the following when requesting an RMA number:
- Your name
- Your order number
- List of defective products and a detailed description of the defect
Once you receive your RMA number, please send it using the following procedure:
- You may package it in the same packaging we used or if small enough, in an envelope.
- If the total package weighs less than 13 ounces, please send the item via First Class Mail with Delivery notification (it's only a few cents).
- Otherwise, please send it using USPS Parcel Post, also with Delivery Notification.
- Either option must include Delivery Notification. When you get this tracking number, please email it to rma@techbudget.com
For international returns, please send us an email.
This policy is valid for ink cartridges, cell accessories and toner only. Network products and other computer peripherals are warrantied by the manufacturer.
