Ink Cartridges and Refill Kits - 1 year
It is our policy that all returned cartridges must be at least seventy (70%)
percent filled. We feel trying at least 30% of the ink gives everyone a fair
test of the quality of the product. If a returned cartridge is less than 70%
filled we will e-mail you. If you want the cartridge back you will have an
opportunity to make payment arrangements for us to ship it back to you.
All non-defective products must be returned in the packaging in an as-new
condition. If a cartridge does not print or prints poorly and is not due to a bad
printer, we will replace your cartridge at no cost to you. We guarantee that our
cartridges are 100% compatible and prints as well as the original cartridge!
If you make a mistake and ordered the wrong cartridge, we don't pay for
return shipping, but we will pay to ship you the correct cartridges. Just
order the correct cartridge and claim a Return Merchandise Authorization.
You'll be given instructions on how to return the unopened cartridge for a
refund on that cartridge.
Laser Toner, Copier Toner, Fax Supplies - 90 days
Defective Toners and Fax Supplies cartridges must be returned within 90 days.
If you ordered the wrong item, the product must be returned unopened.
Cellular Accessories - 90 days - 15% Restocking Fee Applies
There is a restocking fee of 15% on all returns for refund for cell phone
accessories. We shall replace a defective item. If a refund is requested
instead of a replacement we will charge a 15% restocking fee.
Computer Accessories - Manufacturer's Warranty - 15% Restocking Fee Applies
There is a restocking fee of 15% on all returns for refund for computer equipment
and accessories. We shall replace a defective item. If a refund is requested
instead of a replacement we will charge a 15% restocking fee.
If you ordered the wrong item, the product must be returned unopened.
In order for us to process your return effectively, please obtain a RMA
number before sending anything back. To request a RMA number, please e-mail

Replacement items will not be shipped, or refunds/credits will not be
made, until the products being returned are received by us. If you need your
replacements right away we suggest you ask for a refund and place a new
order. Your new order will be processed immediately.
Please allow up to 5 business days to process your return from the time it
reaches our Returns Department Warehouse. All credit requests will be
completed within 5 business days. Please note that it may take your credit
card bank up to 30 days to apply your credit. Please understand we have no
control over how long the credit card company takes to credit the refund to
your account after we submit the data to them, however, we shall process the
request to the bank within 5 business days.
This guarantee is valid in the contiguous United States and Canada.
